Family tuition discount is automatically deducted
⭐ Tuition is per session and may be paid in full, two installments, or month-to-month. You must leave a credit card on file if you wish to pay in 2 installments or month-to-month. If you need to withdraw early, you must provide written notification 15 days prior to the next installment.
Costume payments and other dance related expenses will be billed and not debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card unless given authorization
Accounts with declined credit card transactions will be notified after the 1st attempt and automatically charged a 2nd time for the amount of the outstanding tuition. A $10.00 fee will be applied to your account if a charge for tuition is declined twice in the same month
NOTE: Dancers will be held from attending class after two declined transactions for tuition have occurred in the same month. Thereafter tuition and fees must be paid by cash or credit card in person at the studio ONLY
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Le Petit does not issue a refund or credit for missed classes. If a student should miss a class, they are allowed to schedule a make-up in any other age and level appropriate class. Please see our make-up policies for additional details. If a student/family needs to withdraw, please send an email to [email protected]
Advance payment can be kept as a credit on your account for one year. Please be mindful of these policies when selecting your payment options.
MAKE-UPS
Make-ups cannot be carried over from session to session, applied to another dancer or used in lieu of tuition. Please speak with management if you have strenuous circumstances.
OTHER FEES
Returned check: $25.00
Late Payment $10.00 for every week overdue
