Studio Size
Studio “A” & “B” are roughly the same size. Approx 500 sq. ft.
Studio “C” is approximately 800 sq. ft.
Amenities
- Offering wall mounted ballet barres, complete CD, radio, microphone, and iPod audio systems, a ceiling mounted mirror ball and real Sprung hardwood floors.
- Each studio is air conditioned.
- There is onsite parking in the lot or the underground garage w/ an elevator.
- The hallway and lobby provide plenty of guest waiting space.
- The studio has one bathroom complete with a wall mounted baby changer.
- Cooled water is available for purchase at the front desk for $1 per bottle.
- Also available is a private changing room.
Rates
Each studio is billed at $40.00 per hour. Sundays/After Hours $60.00 per hour.
Rentals are available 7 days a week during normal work hours. Must require a credit card in order to hold space.
Please check in at the front desk and pay cash, check or charge. (Visa, MC, accepted. No out of state checks please).
After hour Rates
available after 10pm Mon-Thurs, Fri after 8pm, Sat after 5pm, Sundays after 6pm.
$60.00 per hour for after hour rates.
Chairs and Tables are available; please let us know what you will require at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
24hr Cancellation policy Monday – Saturday.
48hrs for Sunday Cancellation.
Your Credit Card will be charged if cancellation is not received and confirmed.
